Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager from a hotel or quality restaurant background to join the small and friendly team at an exciting time of developing the resort further.

 

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will be great with people and demonstrate a passion for food and drink. You will support the Operations and General Manager and form a senior member of the management team.   You will have direct responsibility for the Restaurant and the team in additional to Duty Management shifts

We are looking for an experienced Operations or Deputy General Manager from a comparable luxury hotel background.  You will support the General Manager in the day to day running and development of this stunning development resort.

 

Candidate Requirements

You will be hands on your approach, be strong at recruiting and developing a committed team and have a strong commercial track record of delivery at Operations Management level.
