Specialising in craft beer we are looking for a seasoned operator who has a true passion for this area of the industry and can tailor the offer to suit the market.

Candidates who come with bags of energy and can see the long term opportunity with this company who is ambitious to roll out further sites.

We are looking to speak to experienced DGMs, GMs or Bar Managers looking to be part of something different.

On offer is a starting salary in the region of £35,000 plus a performance related bonus and the opportunity to develop with the company.

Sales & Reservation Coordinator – Unique Venue – Hampshire area

Job Description

We are recruiting for a Sales & Reservations Co-ordinator to join an exclusive use venue in Hampshire.

Duties & Responsibilities

This role will take responsibility for the sales and reservations process at this beautiful, high-end, exclusive use country house, situated in a village location close to Basingstoke.

Working as part of a small team internally this role will encompass all aspects involved in providing fantastic events but specifically look after;

  • Taking sales enquiries, quoting for business and contracting
  • Client showaround of the venue
  • All pre-booking administration, liaising with third party suppliers where necessary
  • Producing invoices, taking payments and forecasting business
  • Working with third party bookers and consultants
  • Managing in-house social media activity
  • Producing marketing material, both print and online
  • Liaise with other team members to ensure delivery of service
  • Meet & greet clients on arrival for their event
  • Operational assistance (F&B) when required

Candidate requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should come from a hospitality or venue sales/co-ordination background and be able to demonstrate their background in the sale and delivery of exceptional events.
