Ideal candidates will have head chef experience in a quality hotel, ideally with AA Rosettes, along with excellent communication, kitchen management and leadership skills for overseeing this multi-outlet operation. Duties and Responsibilities:

My client operates non-branded, totally individual pubs and as a Management Couple you will enjoy a good level of autonomy and will very much run the business as your own, with support where needed.

These established businesses have built up a good reputation for fresh food and have a good selection of wine and beers.  There is scope for further development in these affluent areas and the addition of guest rooms has increased future sales in many cases.

Candidate Requirements:

These roles suit experienced operators with relevant quality experience gained in fresh food pubs or good quality inns.  One of the Couple will be kitchen based and have a track record as a quality driven Chef.

You will be entrepreneurial and independently minded and demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality.
