My client operates non-branded, totally individual pubs and as a Trainee Manager you will work closely with the Managers learning all aspects of running a popular food led pub.

Duties & Responsibilities
This established business has built up a good reputation for fresh food and an excellent selection of wine and beers.
Working closely with the Managers you will be involved in all aspects of the business and once trained up will run the pub in their absence.
You will be entrepreneurial and independently minded and demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality.
You will have some management or supervisory experience in a good food led pub, restaurant or hotel.
This is an opportunity with excellent progression and would suit a candidate looking to go on and run their own pub with an expanding operator.
