Head Chef Job Role
The Head will have full responsibility of the running of the kitchen and team and continue to develop the success of this stylish venue. Consisting of award winning restaurant, bars bistro, events, afternoon teas and private dining.
Ideal candidates will have head chef experience in a quality hotel, ideally with AA Rosettes, along with excellent communication, kitchen management and leadership skills for overseeing this multi-outlet operation. Overseeing a team of 9-10. Successful candidates will have a stable background and proven ability in training and development.
This is a great opportunity to create a new food concept and to develop the hotel further.
Starting Salary on offer is to £35,000 p.a. to £40,000 p.a. depending on experience
