Sous Chef Job Role
The Sous Chef with deputise and and work closely with the Head Chef in the day to day running of this kitchen. Overseeing a team, of 8 chefs.
Candidates will have junior sous or sous chef experience, within fresh food kitchens along with good communication and leadership skills.

Chef de Partie, Private School

Leading contract catering company, situated at this stunning private boarding school in North Devon.

Chef de Partie Job Role
The chef de partie will run various sections with the kitchens and occasionally deputise for the sous Chef.
Catering for boarders, day pupils, school staff and various school and private events.
Standard of food is very high, with fresh seasonal menus for school and events.

General shifts are early or late shifts, latest finishing 7.00pm.

5 days out of 7. Will include weekends.

40 Hours per week

Salary and Benefits
Hourly rate is to £9.00 p.h.

Salary
Starting Salary on offer is to £38,000 p.a.
